Australia's leading supplier of personal duress alarms to lone workers. Headquartered in Melbourne, Sky Track Australia combines the world’s best personal duress alarms, Australian R&D, and a locally based 24/7 monitoring centre to reduce risk and improve safety of lone workers.
Calling for help - SOS
When carrying our duress alarms, help is just a button press away. Our Australian based Control Room staff will receive your request for help along with your current location. They will make contact through the device, verify the emergency, and contact the appropriate emergency services on your behalf. If requested, the nearest available private security patrol can also be dispatched to your location.
|
Fall Detection / Person Down
Our devices are equipped with fall detection technology. When carrying our devices, if a sudden fall is detected, followed by a period of inactivity, the device will sound an alert. If for any reason you are unable to acknowledge the alert, a person down alarm together with your current location is sent to our Control Room operators who will follow up and dispatch assistance.
|
AUTOMATED WELFARE CHECKS
Many organisations require their lone workers to check in at regular intervals by making a call or sending an SMS. Using our duress alarms, this process can be fully automated. When activated, the device will remind staff to ‘check-in’, at predefined intervals, by pressing the check-in button. If a check-in is missed, a failed to check-in alarm is raised. Each check-in is recorded with date, time and location allowing for detailed historical reporting.
|
Know where your staff are
Our devices periodically send location updates to our online reporting platform. These updates are typically configured for once every 10 minutes, however, can be configured as frequently as every minute or based on distance travelled. Using our online platform, you can easily view the current location of your colleagues. This is also very handy in industries where recording places visited or time spent on site is necessary.
|
Online Reporting Platform
Our online tracking and reporting platform provides current and historical access to all information collected by our devices. Easily run reports to see places visited, time spent onsite, or a history of any alarms raised. Information is available for 12 months and can be exported to Excel for archival.
|
24/7 Monitoring Centre
Regardless of the time of day, our control room operators are ready to assist. We partner with one of Australia’s leading graded 1A alarm monitoring centres, Securitas Australia. Securitas Australia's control rooms are located in Melbourne and Adelaide and are staffed with local employees. They are licensed to contact emergency services on your behalf and have access to a vast network of private security patrols to dispatch as required.
|
Australian Based Support, training & Warranty
Our local staff are here to help. With email and phone based support options, product assistance is readily available. We provide onsite staff training sessions for employees and can assist with the creation of internal Workplace Health & Safety policy documents.
Rest assured, all of our duress alarms have an ongoing warranty included in the monthly service fee. |
Tailored to meet your needs
Got specific requirements? No problem. With Australian based R&D, we can customize our devices to meet your needs. During a roll out, we will work with you to tailor alarm response procedures and configure device alarms to suit your needs. We understand choosing the right device is important and that is why we offer no obligation trials of our devices to ensure they will meet your needs.

WiFi positioning
Both the XT90 and the X99 are very capable personal duress alarms. The key difference is the WiFi positioning support offered by the X99. With WiFi positioning, the X99 can determine its location whenever it is within range of your existing WiFi network, even when deep within buildings where a GPS signal is unavailable. Each WiFi access point emits a unique identifier known as a MAC address. By pre-loading the MAC addresses of each access point and its physical location into our tracking platform, we can locate the X99 using the MAC addresses that are within its range. This is very useful for locating employees on large sites that have pre-existing WiFi installations. For example, Schools, Universities, Hotels, Shopping Centres, Hospitals and Office towers.
