By using Australian data centres, we ensure that your core data remains subject to Australian laws and privacy protections.
Third-Party Processing and International Transfers
While our primary infrastructure is located within Australia, we utilize certain third-party service providers to help us deliver specific features (such as payment processing, accounting software, email and SMS notifications).
In these instances, limited account data—such as your name, email address, or usage metadata—may be transferred to, stored, or processed in countries outside of Australia (for example, the United States).
Our Commitment to Data Protection
Where data is transferred outside of your region, we take steps to ensure your privacy rights remain protected, including:
Vetting Sub-processors: We only work with reputable third-party services that maintain high security standards.
Legal Safeguards: We ensure appropriate contractual protections are in place, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or ensuring the provider complies with recognized international privacy frameworks.
Data Minimization: We only transfer the specific information required for the third party to perform their designated function.
Data Security
We use industry-standard security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or misuse. Access to personal data is limited to employees and contractors on a need-to-know basis. We regularly test our systems to ensure they remain secure.
In case of a personal data breach, we will notify both the relevant supervisory authority and affected individuals where required by law.
